Warranty
We take great pride in the design and craftsmanship of all our products. We use only the finest materials and the highest manufacturing standards. We strive to make sure every item we sell is perfect. Our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. A dated invoice must be included to show that your product was purchased within the warranty period. Only products sold through authorised retailers and directly through Outback with a valid proof of purchase are covered under the warranty. Outback does not warrant and is not responsible for any other product such as a smart phone or other device made by anyone other than Outback.
This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions.
All charges related to shipping are to be borne by the customer. We will not arrange any pick ups or courier services for the same. Once we receive your product, it would be inspected by our craftsmen. If a defect is found due to manufacturer's workmanship, we will either repair or replace your product with the same style or a style of equal value based on the purchase price free of charge. We cannot guarantee that the same style will be available for replacement at the time of your claim. If this is the case, you will be able to select a replacement. A refund will only be issued if we're not able to replace or repair your product or provide you with another product of equal value.
This limited warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included.
The following defects would be considered as manufacturing defects:
1. Problems with zippers.
2. Loose stitching or lining.
3. Hardware malfunction.
The limited warranty does not cover damages that arise from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear, accidents or failure to follow the product instructions. Some examples of what is not covered under our warranty are:
1. Scratches, soiled spots, or marks from normal use.
2. Discoloration, wrinkles or dampness from storage or use.
3. Damage from adhesives.
4. Exposure to chemicals or products with alcohol.
5. Improper care.
6. Exposure to water or rain.
7. Breakage due to excessive weight.
For warranty claims on items not purchased directly through Outback, please contact the authorized retailer where the product was purchased.
Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Outback expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and you specifically agree that we shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any product.
In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device (including but not limited to any mobile phone devices, laptops, iPads, tablets or any other electronic devices) or personal property inside or outside of the Outback product.
Our usual repair time is four to four weeks plus shipping time. If you have any further questions about our warranty policy, please contact our customer support at care@outback.life.
