Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use outback.world or buy from us. The site is run by Outback Ventures OPC Private Limited, 203 Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi 110092, India ("Outback", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of them.
1. Your order. Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund you in full. You must be of legal age to buy in your country and give us accurate details.
2. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices don't include import duties or local taxes charged by your country. Payment is taken when you order.
3. Made to order. Every piece is made after you order it. Full-grain leather is natural, so colour, grain and marks vary between pieces and from photos. This is not a defect (see our Product Disclaimer).
4. Shipping, duties and delivery. We ship as set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Any import duties, local taxes and customs fees in your country are paid by you, as the recipient. Delivery times are estimates. If a parcel can't be delivered because import charges were refused or not paid, the order is treated as fulfilled and no refund is due.
5. Returns and refunds. As set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.
6. Engraving and custom pieces. Please check the text you give us. Engraved and custom pieces can't be returned or exchanged.
7. Warranty. Our products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as set out on our Warranty page.
8. If something goes wrong. Email care@outback.world first. Please contact us so we can put it right quickly.
9. Liability. As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Using this website. Don't use the site unlawfully, scrape it or upload harmful code. Our photos, text and designs belong to Outback and can't be copied without permission. We may correct errors and update products, prices and the site at any time.
11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
12. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction, without removing protections the law of your country gives you.
