Shipping Policy: We ship our products worldwide. We have partnered with reputed courier services like Aramex, FedEx & DHL to ship our products worldwide. If you do not see shipping services to your country, please contact us at care@outback.world and our team will revert to your specific query ASAP. Please contact us if you require us to make other shipping arrangements.
Order Processing: We start processing an order the next working day from its placement date.
Standard Orders: We take immense pride in handcrafting each product with utmost care and attention to detail. All standard orders are ready for shipment within 03 working days of their placement.
Custom Orders: All custom orders requiring personalization, such as monogramming, custom size, colors etc, are made afresh by our artisans, especially for you. Such orders are ready for shipment within 07 working days of their placement.
Working Days: We do not work Saturdays, Sundays, or other scheduled holidays. No orders are processed or shipped on these days.
Shipping: Once your order is carefully crafted and packaged, it is handed over to our reliable shipping partners for delivery to your doorstep. Shipping time varies depending on your location and the mode of shipment you select. Please see checkout for shipping options available for your location. Currently, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Please note that regardless of your shipping mode, the order processing time remains the same for both options.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of purchased products caused by flood, fire, war, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.
If the courier service cannot deliver the order due to non-availability, incorrect address or contact details given by the customer, any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be to the customer's account.
We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If, upon confirmation, such user details are found to be not true (wholly or partly), we reserve the right to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website and/or other affiliated websites without any prior intimation.
Import Duties & Taxes: All duties and taxes, if any, levied in the customer's country shall be borne by the customer. We are not liable to pay any duties or taxes.
Notifications: Whether it is order placement, dispatch or delivery, we will send you notifications via email, SMS or WhatsApp so you can keep track of your order until it arrives safely in your hands.
