Returns

We offer 30 days of returns on all our products except products that have been customized for size, color or monogramming. Such products are made especially for the customer. They cannot be resold and are ineligible for returns.

How long does delivery take?

Every order is made after you place it. It ships within 7 working days. Your tracking details come by email. Import duties are not included and are paid by you on delivery.

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Full-grain leather handles light rain. If it gets wet, wipe it dry immediately and let it breathe.

What does the warranty cover?

One year against manufacturing defects like stitching, zippers, and hardware. It doesn't cover normal wear, water damage, or misuse.
